Intuitive Archery

Experience an unforgettable day at Moarhof, immerse yourself in the world of intuitive archery, and leave the stress and tensions of life behind. Our intensive two-hour course introduces you to the different types of bows, the fundamental techniques, as well as the posture and movements in harmony with breath.

Quickly, you'll start seeing the first results. In perfect balance between tension and relaxation, when the string leaves your fingers, the arrow cuts through the air and, shortly after, hits the target, which is still locked in your focused gaze.

As Goethe once wrote: "IF YOU DON’T FEEL IT, YOU’LL NEVER HIT IT."

In short, don't think, just do. Set aside the intellect and, through constant repetition of the same movements, train the brain to hit the target without aiming devices or other aids.

This kind of eye-hand-body coordination trains both body and mind, and can be found in many areas of everyday life. Examples include seemingly simple tasks like throwing a snowball or driving a car
